Back to Jerusalem

"Please keep the lights off after dark and do not go outside. I will be back at 0600 with your breakfast." Shutting the door, I reached for my flashlight and opened my Bible to pray in the sparsely furnished room tucked away in a village in southwest China.
Within the next few minutes an unforgettable vision unveiled before my eyes. I saw hordes of people, thousands of Chinese Christians walking back across the Silk Road proclaiming the Good News all the way back to Jerusalem.
My mind raced to the prophecy given in the 1930's to Christian leaders in Shanghai , China . It described the scene before my eyes. From every direction Asians were walking in humility across the ancient trade routes, withstanding immense suffering, winning Muslims to Jesus and walking with them back to the Holy city. The spiritual army grew stronger and stronger demonstrating the overpowering love of Jesus to a world in desperate need of redemption.
I scrambled for a sheet of paper and begin to trace a map with arrows pointing from along the Pacific Rim across oceans, mountains and valleys back to the Middle East . I sensed the Lord saying something profound at that moment...
"Fuel this movement. Empower the next generation of Asian Christians to finish the task for which I have called them."
On that day in May of last year I wondered what could trigger the attention of the world and open the "gates" of the Muslim world to receive this spiritual army? The events of "September 11th" have unlocked a "great and effective door" (I Cor 16:8). Yesterday I received messages from friends in Asia expressing that the spiritual army is already growing. People from Singapore , Indonesia , Hong Kong and Taiwan are ready to join those in China to "walk" back to Jerusalem .
The door has opened, the army is ready...will you storm heaven in prayer and give to fuel this movement?
